[Event Background]
In recent years, China’s cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly, offering new opportunities for China’s import and export trade. The "Belt and Road Initiative" has brought new development opportunities for China’s cross-border e-commerce. To date, China has signed 187 cooperation documents with 131 countries and 30 international organizations for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road." The food industry levels among countries along the "Belt and Road" vary greatly. Some countries have a well-established food industry with relatively advanced food sectors, while in most countries, food processing levels are lagging, relying heavily on imports. This presents a vast international market for the development of China’s food industry.
The ICBE2024 International Cross-border E-commerce Expo Food Selection Conference aims to help China’s food industry enter international markets, assisting traditional enterprises in transitioning from domestic sales to foreign trade for better development.
